HEALTH COMMITMENT DUE TO THE COVID-19

Synca is dedicated to keeping our clients, staff, and all those in the community safe while social distancing during the COVID-19 crisis.

We believe that exercising the proper protocols are imperative for people to stay healthy, and we would like to offer our insight on how best our industry can adapt to new guidelines and move forward to operate in this new environment.

Since the shutdown, Synca has been working hard in order to help those on the front line by providing and sourcing needed PPE equipment that we sold at virtually our cost. Once dentistry reopens and provincial guidelines are in place, Synca will resume its normal pricing and sales activities.

Synca is committed to bringing the best of our organization to the table to work with government officials and local governing bodies and health experts to map out the safest way for our business to serve our clients safely. After monitoring industry and various federal and provincial guidelines, we have developed general guidelines for our sales people to follow that are outlined below.

General guidelines for sales representatives and staff

  • Before heading out for work that day sales representatives and all staff will make sure that they do not have any symptoms or fever by take their own temperatures before leaving for work.

  • Sales representatives must wash their hands before every meeting with soap and water for 20 seconds or use a hand sanitizer.

  • Synca representatives will avoid direct contact for greetings, such as handshakes and will wear a mask during their meetings and instruct clients accordingly in order to get the needed work done in the safest way possible.

  • Demonstration and measuring equipment will be sanitized before and after every meeting.

  • Sales representatives will maintain a 2 meter distance when talking and displaying product as much as possible.

  • If you are uncomfortable with any needs that are in close proximity, please let your representative know. We can offer a further distancing option that may be less accurate. (ex. using photos from 40cms for physical measures and relying on you to take certain measures afterward with someone else)

  • In the operatories, boxes or luggage will be left on the floor and be wiped down before and after every meeting.

  • Synca representatives will not share pens
